With the information you have provided us, we took appropriate measures according to our Game Rules and our instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the exact measures we took due to the protection of data privacy.
We appreciate your understanding. However, we assure you that violations of the game rules are met with appropriate sanctions.
Also, your account was banned because, in this battle on time stamp 13:49, you pushed out his vehicle first.
According to The Game Rules: https://legal.na.wargaming.net/en/game-rules/,
4.06. Intentionally exploiting the physics system to damage an allied tank, plane, ship, or similar actions. This includes but is not limited to, pushing an allied tank into a line of fire, pushing allied tanks off of cliffs, bridges, into water, etc.
We have no choice but to give you a game ban.

LOL as in LOOLLLLOOOLLOOL. This game fosters outrage at times like this. This guy shoves me for 5 plus minutes, I have him an initial shove to get him to spot and I'd back him from a position of strength. Yet I've been banned, cause what, he spends more on the game than I? In AMERICA that's called BS! Both his action and your subsequent banning of the offended. Thanks for wasting my two premium days on a poorly made call.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting support with your question regarding your recent sanction.
By playing the game you have accepted the End Users License Agreement (EULA) and supplementary documents, thus obligating yourself to read, understand and adhere to the Game Rules.
Please see Section 4. Inappropriate conduct in game / Fair play principles in the Game Rules https://legal.na.wargaming.net/en/game-rules
Based on the report, you have been found engaging in 4.06. Intentionally exploiting the physics system to damage an allied tank, plane, ship, or similar actions. This includes but is not limited to, pushing an allied tank into a line of fire, pushing allied tanks off of cliffs, bridges, into the water, etc.
Pushing from the cover/position (bush) is included in this paragraph.
As was mentioned in ticket 144175759, in this battle on time stamp 13:49, you pushed out his vehicle first (pushed from the cover/bush).

is exactly what it says in this "paragraph" there is not one line that includes what Alex mentions as: "Pushing from the cover/position (bush) is included in this paragraph."
May I please play, ALEX? This is totally unfair. I now know you are not at all sensible. I request that anyone other than Alex look at this ticket, then describe to him how biased he is being. I talked with several clan members who all agree with me that this is not at all right, and truly BS.

Greetings fjiam,
We understand that not being able to use the game can be unpleasant, nonetheless, please keep in mind that all rule violations may result in getting banned. We do this to ensure that all players respect the rules and agreements in the game and enjoy a pleasant game experience for all.
Since you have not done so, you have received a suspension according to the punishment instructions.
The replay file can be found in ticket 144175759. Take a look at your actions starting at 13:50. You pushed the allied player out of his cover and provoked him on the same violation against you. Your actions are an obvious violation of the game rules.

As I have pointed out, the rules do not specifically rule out the Nudge that I gave the other player. He was in a MEDIUM tank, a tank that specifically does well closer to the enemy team. There are so few bushes in the game for the TD class now, and the one he had was well suited for the tank I was playing, especially on the side with little other support. The player, Jose_the_taco_guy, should have known that my nudge was to elicit a more active role, rather than just begrudge the suggestion that he go play.
The support team constant ignorance of their own EULA actual wording is also disheartening for several reasons. You act on impulse rather than logic. You are banning me for a rule that isn't actually spelled out the way you are enforcing this issue. You may desire the rule to be the way you're enforcing this penalty. But, unless I actually push a tank into the line of fire from the concealment of a bush, it isn't an issue at all. At the time code you are saying I committed the crime, there were no enemies spotted, nor within range to spot the guy I nudged. So even if, EVEN IF, the wording said what you claim it says, I wouldn't have been at fault.
The player I nudged should have seen the logic of my positioning there. You should see the bias you're imposing upon me. I should be able to continue my gaming experience. Please lift this unusually harsh ban!

Dear fjiam,
Thank you for coming back to us.
There is no excuse for pushing your allies out of the position.
The measures were taken correctly and we do hope that you will not repeat such actions in the future.
