Given the new brief article on crew perk, I think that it only raised more questions.
It appears that WG wants to push for a system where there would be 5 crews per tank for the purpose of assigning skills, much like crew 2.0 sandbox. This impression is based on "Fair perk distribution", "allowing a single crew to operate multiple vehicles".
Is this the case? If so, it would be a significant QoL improvement for tanks like Manticore. However, since such system is not implemented in 1.20.1 test server, the problem of changes right now is that it creates a severe crew pressure given so many important skills coming. In a way, it is an implicit nerf for tanks like Manticore that is under heightened pressure. Also, does it mean that WG would needs to give us another crew skill reset once such system is in place?
