I'm from the NA server and, as most (all?) of you have witnessed, the Black Market has been a clusterfuck. Some apologists have jumped up and down pointing to "Rule 5" of the Black Market, which states, "We're free to do whatever we want, whenever we want." Hah, cute. If Wargaming is down to role-play these glaring problems away, then let me counter back with this: Our Black Market Salesman sucks ass.
Black Markets are run entirely off of the integrity of the people you're buying from. As a buyer, being stood up multiple occasions for hours makes me lose faith in my salesman. Then, most recently, he goes off to sell some of his stock at a time he never told me. I've even heard that the dude straight up gives you an inferior, cheap, Chinese version of something after you've purchased it. Sorry to bag on your Black Market promo video, but "Just in the nick of time" you are fucking not. Frankly, I'd be looking for a new contact right now.
Role-playing aside, Rule 5 is not an excuse to run the Black Market as poorly as this. It's not entertaining or interesting to pull so many mix-ups, it's just bad. It's sloppy. It's one thing to miss so many sale launches, but it's another thing to sell the complete wrong tank (SU-76G FT) than what's depicted (SU-76i).
These upset players aren't people that missed out on a Type 59G by a few seconds from a bad click, it's people upset that they are repeatedly let down and lied to.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
