So recently I started calling for my clan, I have been an on-again and off again Potato and Tomato and recently have gotten more involved with clan operations and activities. I started reviewing replay videos along with spending hours on Stratsketch, devising multiple strategies for every map. And will soon be heading up my clan in an attempt to start a competitive clan with a group of twenty once clan wars rewards are dished out.

My clanmates like my calls and tell me I keep a cool head under pressure, again this is something I have always wanted to do, but when I hear this It also brings me a lot of joy because I work hard to get better in these areas. But I am always trying to make improvements and spending time deconstructing plays from the enemy clans we have played and creating experimental strategies to counter these plays in the future.

the bulk of my current clan is against Team Training, which is extremely unfortunate, I do not see any way to avoid team training and see it as crucial to learning plays and fall back plays within the plays in case of emergency and I hate to micromanage my players but know when my group is playing with me my calls get executed.

Note: Since Reddit has been a significant source of tank mentors, always willing to help when I had a question, etc. I thought it would be fun to post this here and get my thoughts down on paper. The clan I am creating with my good in-game friends is going to primarily focus on Skirmishes, Advances, Clan Wars, and Tournaments. It also helps that they are extremely competitive as well and are much better players than I deserve and they're all hyper-focused on becoming better our WN8 rating ranges between 1100-2200 like I said better then this noob commander deserves.

I think if this post goes off well I will be posting updates as we start evolving and growing as a clan detailing our ups and downs and I am also going to start streaming.
