As the title says, the servers for the game / website / forums are all down right now (NA). It's not just you, everyone is having the issue.
I've already sent PM's to some of the WG folk over on Discord the moment they went down.
Hopefully they'll get it back up, but be aware it is late at night right now so there is a strong possibility that you won't be able to login for the rest of the night.
Update: World of Warships posted on their Twitter that it's a power outage affecting all of WGNA's services. No ETA on a fix or further details. As I mentioned earlier, expect not to be able to play at all tonight.
Second Update: Jambijon from WGNA's Discord has said that he's hoping services will be up by 8 AM CT (6 PT / 7 MT / 9 ET).
