Yay or nay?

After a long heitus from this game, nearly a decade to be precise (played in the xbox 360 days), I have returned playing on PC. I started with the British tanks and are doing quite well (after very frustrating beginning just being plain bad at the game from having to relearn and learn new maps plus game mechanics), but now I am sitting on the prelude of dropping 1.3 mill, and thinking should I? I am not rich on this game and could save it to purchase the comet instead.

I have watched reviews, and they say it is awful, no matter who it is I watch, but then again a few even said the same about the Crusader, now I have done quite well in the Crusader (63% wr + mastery badge for what thats worth if no one else is playing it), will the Setter be just like playing the Crusader (but with improvements), or is it a step back in how it plays in comparison to the Crusader?
