I had this player and his clan mate in my games. Their gameplay was obvious. They were throwing. A Unicom with a 9800++ rating. Plays 15 games in one day. In nine of those games has zero damage. His clan-mate, a 6,800++ player, shared the same fate. They play one game in a tank, get zero damage then move on to another tier and repeat the process.
