So I understand this isn’t policy but I recently completed all 3 Upgraded Battle Passes. At the end you can buy a piece of Bounty Equipment for 3 tokens. I accidentally like a moron took the wrong piece I wanted. I realised my mistake and didn’t equip or use it and contacted support. I got two exact same copy paste responses of Hello,

I then asked them why and they basically said against policy. I have played this game over 10 years and spent thousands. Other games have done stuff for me like this is the past no bother. Typical WG money grabbing company no care whatsoever.
