So anyway I wrote a ticket to wargaming regarding a connection issue. It was specific, well written with the exact problem I have. First message was literally as if it was an automatic bot message. It consistsed of totally unrelated and unhelpful steps that don't even come close to solving the issue. Like I have high ping and packet loss in the evening I bet running in administor will solve this. I have been learning IT for 3 years now but I'd probably give a better advice than that with little to no working experience. So anyways, I wrote back that I am pretty sure they didn't understand my situation. I completed one step that could prove useful and sent them the file. Automatic message again that a specialist will check on it. Silence for 3 days. I write them again, they send something unreadable (literally, half of the text didn't even fit on my screen) and I write them again so maybe I can read what they sent. I didn't really get what they were saying honestly but it definitely involved something about calling my Internet provider and checking connection to the from server there. For obvius reason, I am not doing that.
So overall: bad and not understandable english, automated-like messages, not getting anywhere near a solution in 15 messages, and they don't actually care about even trying to check on what is wrong. I have never been more disappointed by a community support channel. Not to mention, no compensation for the problems I am facing, even when they clearly see something is wrong. (although Im not there to get free stuff) Like if you say you can't solve packet loss for x and y reasons, at least give me premium days so I can get stuff done in the short amount of time I can actually play in. It's clearly not a me problem, we at least got to find out that much during the conversation.
Honestly thinking about quitting the game, cause this is unplayable at the moment, and it looks like there is no solution to it, or they do no want to do so.
