So I tried to buy some boxes and after paying and returned to the store page I close my browser and I open the game. When I opened the game though, I couldn't find the boxes anywhere. I opened my bank app just to check if the payment was succesful and yup, the ammount was deducted from my balance but I got no boxes(not even a payment email by Wargaming). I opened a ticket and they replied me the next day. In short the support person, told me that the payment wasn't completed(even though the money is missing) and askem to try again after 24 hours or if I have been charged to send him a screenshot ( I already sent one when I opened the ticket). I contacted the bank and they even gave me a transaction ID which I sent to the support with a second screenshot. So the next day support wrote this " In this case, if the money doesn't return to you in the next 3-5 business days, then please come back to us with the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the Card you used to make the purchase, so we can investigate further. ". My bank told me the money will return to me in 45 days if WG does nothing and I still have no boxes. After 2 days I am not closer to getting my money back or the boxes in the game. WG should be ashamed of how they treat people and especially for their "support".
TL;DR: I paid for boxes I didn't get and the support is the worst I've seen.
