I am wondering is Caravan can be legit event according to US law where gambling is forbidden. Let me explain I can buy gold for real money and exchange it for silver to spend on "reroll" to chase a "dream prize" a tank or some goods with no guarantee of any return at all.
So in case of regular silver earn and spending (in game store) you can buy in game goods (shells etc) those have the price tag and you are free to get it or reject. Another situation in auction with bets and you still get return of your bet for example in case it did not play.
Here we have re-roll mechanic which is pure gambling that intended to suck silver (read gold in many cases, read real money) with no guarantee in return at all. Even lootboxes (chirstmas boxes) for example have goods that guarantee equal or better price for goodies inside .. here …. look folks the re-roll looks like a scam scheme for me. Actually it is gambling mechanic in the game. I can imagine many people spent lot of real money just for silver to re-roll with no actual or bare minimun in return. Event has a hidden CASINO.
