WG EU support not working for 2 weeks ? (for me atleast)

I've recently gotten a new phone and of course I had to forget to transfer the information on google authenticator to the new phone before wiping the old one, so now I can't log on to my account anymore.

I've tried creating a ticket multiple times a day for the last 2 weeks and every time I get served the same error message. (that they are having technical issues). I eventually figured out email they were using for support, but even then, they redirect me to their broken ticket system.

so per now, it looks like I have no access to my account whatsoever.

I've spent quite a bit of money on this game so far and not interested in "losing" the account.

EDIT: also i somehow have lost my backup codes so no, I can't use those either.
