What Makes a Good Player

Inspired by a recent discussion on crew skills, I've been thinking about what influences success in WoT (win-rate and MoE in random battles) and how players can be very bad at certain aspects while still experiencing frequent success.

I would put the relative balance something like this:

  • 35% Map awareness
  • 25% Game mechanics/decision-making
  • 20% Reflexes/aiming
  • 10% Crew skill/equipment choices
  • 05% Meta tanks
  • 05% Premium ammo/consumables

Due to the relatively low impact of many choices, it's possible to be really bad in those areas and still put up strong numbers.

I'm curious how other players with "green" or better stats rate these categories.

Edit: I guess I should specify this is for tier 8+. I'm not talking about people still grinding through the game. I'm talking about people playing for MoE, trying to get into good clans for CW, etc.
