Power creep in this game is insane. I know that there are a ton of tank lines that need help, some more than others. I really hope WG would just slow down and take the time to balance the older stuff.
Some tanks are good enough to keep trucking despite their age but others have really died off.
The Panzer 7 line is pretty bad, the tier 8 either needs massive buffs or just needs to be replaced. The tier 9 is actually probably the strongest of the line tier for tier. The Panzer 7 itself however feels awful to play. It’s a rear turreted tank that can’t side scrape. It’s turret while being curved, still has weak spots on either side of the gun so you can’t exactly hull down the tank very well either, plus gun depression kills any shot of that anyways.
That’s probably my personal pick, but others such as the Type 5 heavy come to mind too.
