It is blazingly quick, excellent pen, excellent gun depression, and finally, the turret has a 270mm+ turret front which means, it is great for hull down against the lower tiers and also still good for poking the higher tiers as long you don't try to hull down against them. I know the soft stats are terrible and the health is bellow average but the tank is really good even with those issues.
I personally have Vents, Optics, Vstabs. I will swap the Vents with Rammer later. What do you think?
