Just noticing that I tend to have significantly more bone than I end up using. I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I was thinking a neat use would be a new mechanic for Fertilized Soil for an agricultural boost? Something like this:
Use Bone Fragments as an ingredient to craft a new item – Bone Meal. This new item can be applied (with the cultivator) to any Cultivated soil, turning that soil into Fertile Soil that would have its own slightly different texture from regular dirt and Cultivated soil
Crops planted in this new Fertile Soil could get a boost and grow XX% faster, or possibly a yield-buff of some kind?
Once the crop finishes growing, the Fertile soil would turn back to regular Cultivated soil.
I think this would be a nice use for bone fragments
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
