I have a mid-range system, and so I feel like this might be helpful to people who can't seem to find the best settings for Tarkov, whether it be to address stuttering, FPS drops, etc. This is also for people who don't have NASA computers and don't feel like going to go drop $350 on a 5800x3d.

I've tested nearly every setting both in game as well as in Nvidia Control Panel (both global and program level). This what I've come up with after a ton of trial and error to get my game running as best as I can given the current state of EFT performance.

For context, my system:

-Ryzen 5 3600

-RTX 3060ti

-32GB RAM

-EFT saved on SSD

-Playing at 1440p

These settings seem to give the best balance of making the GPU work as hard as it can without putting too much stress to the point of frame drops. I'm still quite CPU bound, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with a low to mid tier CPU.

Hopefully this helps someone who has been struggling make their game run a little smoother. I also use Project Lasso. Please check out a Youtube video on how to set it up if you haven't yet (would recommend only for Ryzen CPUs).
