Hello there!
I've created a video guide for finding those pesky flash drives with my route on Interchange.
Interchange is in my opinion the best map for farming flash drives but you can also find them on pretty much all the other maps that have PCs and in some special locations.
I've marked the best spots on these maps. Though there are more spawns on customs. I actually never found a flash drive there.
The images are high res so you have to zoom in a bit to see my edits. The van on customs has been my most reliable spot for flash drives outside of Interchange. If the van hasn't been looted by someone else I get a flash drive in 1/4 raids on average.
