Its very simple and a lot of fun to pass the time.

1. You and your friends need to go to a high traffic map such as Labs or Factory and try to make it out of the raid alive.
2. Except 1 of your squad is the designated medic and is the only one who is allowed to carry medication whilst walking. The rest of the squad, when hurt, need to make their way to the medic, or the medic to them so he can drop the required health items to the hurt player to get him back into the fight.
3. Should the hurt player have surplus meds after he has healed up, he needs to drop the items back to the medic before he can fight again.
4. The medic CAN fight but it is not advised to do so since he HAS to have all medical items in a backpack, secure containers don't count. If the medic dies, another player can pick up the backpack and become the medic.
5. The medic is allowed to heal himself
