so, after a week of being effectively unable to play, trying every kind of settings guide i came across none of which helped, i've finally found an advice that completely fixed my game freezing on loading into the raid and brutal stuttering when i finally got in.
first things first, my pc has a 1st generation amd ryzen, a 3070 and 16gigs of not too fast ram. 2 ssd and 1 hdd drives.
now, i found this post on the forums and went to take a look at my paging file sizes. it was set to automatic and for some reason windows had decided to allocate 250GB on my freaking hdd and none on the ssds. I set it to the recommended 16 to 25 on my ssds, restarted pc and the issues were completely gone.
I tested only once on shoreline so far, but it works perfectly. So I guess anyone with stuttering issues and a ssd and hdd should go take look.
