I tested Nvidia reflex in an offline Factory raid, one important thing to note is that On + Boost performs the best when under heavy CPU load from everything Ive been able to read. I'm running a 5900x so I don't think the offline factory raid was taxing enough to benefit from on + boost
I got these results by recording my monitor and mouse on my iphone at 240 FPS mode, then taking the footage in adobe premiere and using difference mode to detect the movement from the mouse and the image in the monitor

An important thing to note is that the difference between on and on+boost is ONE 1/240 frame.
It is possible that the frames did not sync up the same between on and on+boost, causing "on" to win in this test, just keep in mind the possible margin of error
