As the title states, I have finally gotten my game to run really well on my 6 year old setup. I'll share what I have learned with you guys.

First and foremost, the thing that gave me the most improvement is the following Youtube Video.

It involves changing the settings in your Nvidia control panel. At the end it also shows you how to get the game to run in 144hz.

The next thing I did was change some of the .exe properties following numbers 6,8,9,and 10 in this guide. Make sure to disable hardware acceleration for any other program you might use while playing. I only use Chrome and Discord.

I've also been clearing my game cache from the launcher every time I open my game.

This combination has drastically improved my Tarkov experience. I have no stuttering or freezing anymore and the game looks 1000 times better and runs really smooth! The only issue I have left is that when I play with friends, we sometimes load in late. I hope it helps you guys as much as it helped me!
