I’ve seen a lot of new players asking for gun builds, so I made a few examples.

Here is the Imgur album up front: https://imgur.com/a/nRFxijM

These are what I think are the best early weapons, and a couple of more expensive options down the line that I personally like to use. You can build on each of these weapons and make them your own. Each one will take down a geared player with ease. However, you need to be aware of the ammo type you are using. That is the most important thing when deciding on which gun to bring. The gear doesn't matter so much, as if you're caught in the open, or someone has the drop on you, you're probably going to die anyways. I recommend the SSh helmet and one of the many armored vests early, then when you are more comfortable with the game or have spare cash to upgrade gear(always upgrade keys, hideout, or other stuff first).

There's a ton of new tips that will help you, but those have been done on YouTube, and I've seen people put their own posts here with excellent points. One thing I will add, is keep your sound level to a minimum until you need to hustle.
