I think Valheim as a game has real potential for a world builder and role playing game controlled by a DM/GM and played Co-Op with others.
My idea is as follows/needs the following so I'm here hoping for suggestions!
As the DM/GM you create the world, you also have a character but you can make invis to the players, the players can still farm/build etc as well, the idea revolves around the DM/GM planning and prepping a story building the world.
Ability to mass/quick create things like villages, ports, pubs and cities, this will take time but should be doable in a matter of hours, you must also be able to set "player only build" areas.
Ability to create static NPC's and place them in the world (mostly for RP purposes).
Ability to make smaller "seeds" containing only a few islands/biomes.
A magic class that players can choose, some brief spells such as a heal over time, spot heal, fire, poison and frost damage.
Item creation / editing i.e +10 Bow, +10 armour (Hiding items in the world for them to find, populate chests etc)
Ability to generate encounters / spawn monsters (Wolf attack at this location, roaming troll in the mountains etc) and remove their visual health bars.
Ability to edit the monsters (size, HP & damage).
Ability to control the time of day and weather.
Ability for players to type /roll d20 etc to give scores for out of combat stuff.

Open to suggestions/comments and ideas – I'm sure mods exist for some of this already.
Regarding the combat, it's not going to Dice Rolls, the Valheim combat works and works as a nice hybrid. all RP stats etc can be generated outside of game and rolled in game.
