So, because of the high influx of new players and a lack of, you know stuff to do, i decided to make yet another list of gun builds, this time only a few though because i'm running out of ideas and i dont have anything to do tomorrow either. So i'll make a part 2 tomorrow. Before you ask i've already done a minimum recoil and a max ergo list. I'm open to suggestions, as long as they are reasonable (light-weight gun setups dont make sense with most guns, because the difference between a full-meta M4 for example and the lightest one i found is under 1kg).
You can, of course, after surviving a raid add parts to your gun, like a new handguard, a better foregrip or a different scope.
So anyways here is my list with guns under (if possible or as close to as possible) 100k:
One of the most famous budget guns: the ADAR 2-15 .223 Carbine
This ADAR is an excelent cheap option for medium to short range combat, especially when loaded with M855A1. Instead of using the supressor (which is recommended on maps like Woods, Shoreline or Reserve) you can also opt for the ST-6012 for 15k from mechanic lvl 4 or the PWS CQB for 100$ sometimes the MOE carbine stocks are considerably cheaper (even with the rubber buttpad) depending on the colour. The Price of the supressed rifle is about 95k.
Cheap, effective and one of the most famous firearms of the 20th century: the AK-74
The AK-74M doesn't need much to be useful, it's potent firearm chambered in 5.45×39 mostlikely best utilized with BP or BT ammo. The red dot can be swapped for most collimators like the T-1/Romero, the DeltaPoint or the P1X42 "weaver". This Setup costs around 75k.
Another milestone of russian gun manufacturing: the Mosin-Nagant bolt action sniper rifle:
This Rifle was in service for armies all around the world since the late 1890s. It's relatively simple and reliable. Not the most accurate of options out there but definitely the cheapest one. If you are one of those kids who can't use the stuff we used in the good old days you can try the TAC 30 scope by adding a tri-rail for variable zoom. The first suggestion can be assembled for 70k whereas the more modern one is about 100k. alternatively a "Monte Carlo" polymer stock can be purchased for around 14k to increase the ergonomics of the Mosin
This is the rifle with both modifications. This will push the price over 100k
The Mosin's successor, a rifle almost as famous: the SVDS
The SVD is accurate and absolutely devastating Rifle. It's high calibre and the rangefinder integrated into the PSO scope allow the user to take out enemies with very few shots. i recommend the PSO-1 scope. You can obtain one from the fleamarket for only 90k.
To use the Rangefinder you simply put the rangefinder over the target. Make sure the upper line is at the head and the lower line at the feet. You can then read the range from the scale below. It works like this on all PSO scopes not just this one. You can then use the zeroing of your scope to put your rounds directly on target. Make sure you are using the right ammo though. Veritas made an ellaborate video explaining the issue but TL:DW: every gun is automatically zeroed for specific round but the different bullets have differrent muzzle velocities so the drop also varies. Make sure to check wich ammo your gun is automatically zeroes for in this sheet:
The sheet; Veritas' Video
Next up, yet another russian (I'm beginning to see a pattern here) semi-automatic rifle: the OP-SKS Hunting Rifle
Fill up that 20-rounder with BP rounds and start blasting! Also: zeroing works here too, what means that you can fire accurately at long range without the enemies even hearing you because of how quiet this is. You can try the SKS for only 75k.
Let's remain in the Realm of hunting rifles for the next entry: The Vepr Hunter VP-101
This one will get supressor in one of the next few updates so expect the hunter to be spammed even more. This one is a favorite for those on a budget. The powerful 7.62NATO cartridge can dispose of anyone and anything with little effort. This civilian rifle is available for only 50k
That concludes this list, part 2 will go online either later this evening or tomorrow, propably containing SMGs, the VSS, a few snipers and a few DMRs. propably very few NATO ARs though. I'm open for suggestions as long as you are staying CIVILIZED and RESPECTFUL.
