Something I just learned if you are selling a gun and it's attachments to the traders.
I found if you are going to do this, put the attachments on the gun before you open the trader menu. By doing this the gun sells for more since it factors in the attachments on the gun. If you want to maximize your profit though, inspect your weapon when you are in the trader menu (stash on the right and the trader inventory on the left) and drag the attachments off of the gun you are selling into your stash. The value of the gun won't go down, but you won't sell the attachments when you sell the gun. The attachments will be greyed out at this time, so you have to back out of the trader menu and then go back in to sell the attachments as you normally would. I haven't seen anyone talk about this so I figured I would put it out there. You're essentially double dipping on the attachment profit.
The downside I have found by doing it this way, is the attachments are no longer FIR. So if you were planning on selling the gun to the trader and the attachments on the flea market, don't do this. I didn't check to see if the gun was still FIR since if I was selling the gun on the flea, I strip all the attachments off anyways before going to the trader.
Hope this helps
