First thing I would add is a new enemy. This enemy is huge, a massive titan (think shadow of the colossus). I get this idea from seeing that they are adding trebuchets to the game and I think launching fireballs made of stone and resin at this enemy would be super cool. This enemy would only attack in the form of a raid and only in the ashlands. What I am thinking is you see this large titan in the background and feel the ground shake as they get closer. Text across the screen reads "Creature of other worldly size? Twas only a myth…". I am thinking adding some new combat mechanics for this enemy. Where you will have to climb this enemy it is so large. Hitting weak spots in the legs and arms. disabling the limbs can be done in any order, so if the legs are disable first you have to worry about the arms as it lays on the ground, and if the arms are disabled first then it will change it fighting style to try and kick/step on you.
Once the arms and legs are disabled it is not dead, it will yell and move on the ground and can still hurt you like a falling tree, but you must cut its head off with a high tier ax. This is where I would want to add some more mechanics to the game. The eye from this beast is about the size of the player and when crafted into a "seir orb" can be used to look at places on the map that you have explored. so for example you would be able to explore the known parts of the map and see what is going on in certain areas check on bases or other people without having to physically be there and give magic boosts to friends in hard combat situations that you can't be there to help with. Think of a crystal ball of sorts.
The Head from this Goliath is so big that it can be used to make a house in. It cant be moved very easily. I propose a sled that can be dragged by lox that can move this head to another location. I also propose an undead skeleton horse that can be obtained by killing charred skeletons. My thoughts for the horse are 2 fold, either the charred skeleton ride them and you can tame them, or you can use the bones from the charred skeletons and cast a magic spell on them and they assemble themselves into a skeleton horse to ride with the head of a charred human.
I think adding these things would be super cool and I am open to suggestions and comments. Hopefully we can get some of this put in the game!
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
