Tired of stutters? Have no fear, Falven is here.
Step 1: Obtain Microsoft RamMap. A simple Google search will lead you to it.
Step 2: Open Resource Monitor by pressing ⊞ Windows Key + R and typing %windir%system32perfmon.exe /res and open the "Memory" Tab.
Step 3: Load into a game and observe Resource Monitor. Once the blue line, "Standby Memory", fills up your "Free Memory" bar as seen below, press 'Empty -> Empty Standby List` in RamMap.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: “Like a butter” smooth Tarkov profit.

EDIT: Rtd77r linked ISLC which works similarly, clearing "Standby Memory", automatically. I started the timer and set my "List size" to 1024 and "Free memory lower than" to 5120 and it works wonders for me.
