Don't complain to early about not getting Impostor enough:

If you mainly play with two impostors, your impostor-count divided by your crewmate-count should be about 0.2. If that's the case, you are getting impostor the right amount of games, and you likely just forget all your games as impostor, or even your impostor streaks. Edit: To clarify, you find these numbers in the game statistics (4th button from left at the bottom of the opening menu).

Also, if someone has something like an 8 times imposter streak or a 30 times crewmate streak, it doesn't really help if you think of it like: "What are the chances of getting impostor 8 times in a row?" Yes, that's very unlikely, but you didn't only play 8 games ever and got impostor every single time, you already played a couple hundred of games. If I throw a dice 8 times and get the same number every single time that's unlikely, but if I throw the dice 400 times it's way less unlikely to get the same number 8 times in a row in the process. It certainly isn't impossible.

Another thing is that people often underestimate how long a round takes, when they say that they never got impostor. Let's say that an about average round has 3 voting sessions with 3-5 periods of normal gameplay, doing tasks etc., you end up with about 6 minutes (which is a pretty good average I might say) per round. So in an hour you play about 10 rounds. The chance of being crewmate is 0.8 (or 80%), so 0.8^10 has still a probability of ~11% (or 0.107) of happenig, so nothing is weird about that. [Flipping the same side of a coin 3 times in a row has the probability of 12,5%, to provide some reference] 80% is just a pretty high probability for an event to have, so it happens often.

I hope this helped some people, so to remind you: look up your statistics, divide your impostor-count by your crewmate-count and see, if this gives a value of about 0.2 (which it definitely should be, the more games you already played).
