Greetings Escapers!
Even when all this info is on the Wiki, i thought i'd give everyone here a quick rundown of the Lightkeeper and DSP transmitter mechanics.
To safely cross the bridge to the peninsula territory on Lighthouse and talk to Lightkeeper, an encoded Digital secure DSP radio transmitter is required.
A decoded DSPT is obtained as initial equipment from the quest Knock-Knock, and can be encoded with craft at the Intel Center level 2 after accepting the quest Getting Acquainted.
The questline that leads to Getting Acquainted starts with Network Provider – Part 1. The pre quests for this may not be 100% correct yet, but should be pretty accurate.
If you have an encoded DSPT and shoot PMC's in the lighthouse premises, which includes the bridge and the area in front of it, you become an aggressor. This gives your DSPT the blocked status for the rest of the raid.
If you have an encoded DSPT and kill Zryachiy, your DSPT will get decoded again.
The only way to get your DSPT encoded again is, to obtain another V3 flash drive for the Intel Center encoding craft.
Mechanic offers the Make Amends questline for this.
All players in a lobby-made group must have encoded transmitters for them to be functional in-raid. If any group members don't have an encoded transmitter, the transmitters of all players will have the blocked status.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
