Open task manager when you have Escape From Tarkov open, go to "Details". From there, right click on EFT and open file location, check both "Disable Full-screen Optimizations" and "Run program as administrator". After you click apply and okay, go back to the details tab in your task manager and click open file location on every single Nvidia process running. Check "Disable full-screen optimizations" for each one, and voila.
This fixed the constant micro-stutters I would get while playing with my Geforce Experience overlay on, the game feels buttery smooth for me now.
https://youtu.be/LKktzBI4lWY Is a helpful video for other in-game settings that could be changed to increase FPS. It's 30 minutes long though, so unless you want to watch the whole thing you can skip around to look for settings specifically.
I wouldn't recommend keeping the Geforce Experience overlay enabled if you are on a low end system, but I would still recommend going to each Nvidia process and disabling the full-screen optimizations.
