Sort by “Merchant Rating”

The entire market is infested with bot accounts instantly scalping and buying out the lowest offers and relisting them in their 100s at inflated prices.

BSG supposedly encrypted their backend API and did one ban wave against these market bots but as usual it's not fixed anything.

For the last 2 days 19 times out of 20 I try to buy something "Offer not available." The counter will reach 0 seconds and instantly be picked up buy either another player (unlikely) or a bot.

If you sort your market listing by Merchant Rating (lowest to highest) you'll find deals by genuine players for often the same (or even slightly higher) than the cheapest items.

And as an added benefit?

  1. You aren't feeding into the problem of RMT, botters and hackers by lining their pockets (and profits) with your roubles.
  2. You actually succeed in purchasing your chosen item instead of having it disappear by someone's client which is interacting directly with the API.
