Before you get too excited, this spreadsheet was quickly made to compare class 4+ armor/rigs only, and only armor that covers the thorax and stomach. It's made for my use but I'm sharing it in case anyone else finds it helpful.

If you want a budget armor/vest comparison, just buy the 6B3TM-01M or the 6B5-15 Zh-86 "Uley"; this will give you class 4 armor and slots for your magazines. If you're really poor, buy 6B5-16 Zh -86 "Uley" and get it back in insurance (class 3 armor w/ rigs; the most recent update gave scavs a wider variety of trash tier ammo, including nerfs to Vepr Hunter scavs, making class 3 armor a very solid scav defense).

If you're doing well on cash mid/late wipe and want to know what the trade offs are between cost, protection, speed, and ergo, I present to you this spreadsheet (2nd tab, "armor comparison").

In my non-professional opinion, Killa's armor is the best overall armor if you can afford it. Armored rigs have better stats than level 4 armors. If the Gzhel was added to traders as a non-barter armor around 70-80k roubles, I think it would be a popular choice but inferior to the ANA M1 and M2 overall (but wearing the Gzhel would let you pick any non-armored rig you want).
