Turnip stew Valheim

Ingredients

  • Pork pulp — 500 g.
  • Turnip — 250 g.
  • Potatoes — 250 g.
  • Onion — 1 head
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • White port wine — 50 ml.
  • Water — 250 ml.
  • Seedless prunes — 100 g.
  • Honey — 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Cilantro or dill — 20 g.

How to cook Turnip stew (Valheim) 

  1. Cut the pork pulp into large dices and fry in vegetable oil in a deep stewpan until a brown color; then add finely chopped onions and continue to fry together for another five minutes, then pour in the white wine and simmer for several minutes.
  2. Add the coarsely chopped turnips and potatoes, pour in water and put prunes. Cover the stew with a lid and braise meat until about an hour.
  3. Five minutes before readiness, add honey, salt and pepper . Sprinkle pork stew with turnip with finely chopped cilantro or dill. Then serve immediately.
