Hello r/Valheim!
I'm currently working on a mod called Bearking's Total Skill Overhaul, or King's Skills. It's a comprehensive, top-down refactoring of every single skill in the game, dedicated to making each skill impactful, interesting, and powerful. I raised the average number of effects of each skill from 1 to 5, and gave every skill a plethora of special ways to level up. I even added four new skills.
The capstone of the project is to add a Perk Tree, where you can select between two perks at certain level thresholds as you level each skill up. The catch? Well, that means I need to come up with between 70 and 120 perks to add.
That's why I'm turning to the Valheim community! Do you have any ideas for perks you'd love to see in the game? Functionality you wish was affected as you level up in each skill? Please let me know!
Here's a list of skills in the mod. I need between 4 and 6 for each skill, but the more the merrier! I'll also include just the name of one perk each, to maybe stoke some imaginations. Looking forwards to hearing back from you all!
