Long time admirer of all the unique and interesting architectural masterpieces and hilarious biome shenanigans going on. So, I was typing in random Viking-like world seeds (Thor, Odin, Valhalla, etc) and I stumbled upon a pretty cool one. You can check it on via the world generator, but here are some base highlight locations:
Black Forest encased within a mountain biome, and further surrounded by plains.
A tri-split river intersecting three somewhat equivalent Black Forest islands.
Mountain biomes out the wazoo with boulders to build from.
Fragmented islands of numerous biomes (both singular and mixed) of any shapes and sizes.
