It's not going to be another guide on how to perform a clean installation of your drivers or do the other things that probably 99% of all of the people playing Tarkov have already done to run the game with better framerate so things like disabling game mode or full-screen optimization for the application.Basically, since I cannot stand playing any fps games with a framerate lower than 144 after each break I take from Eft I do some tests in regards of the game performance and how much I can squiz from it based on every Bios, Nvidia, or chipset drivers updates, etc. This is something that I came up with recently, worked for my Ryzen 3900x, and if you do the exact same steps with the other Ryzen CPUs from this series you should be able to archive similar results so try it. The goal was to achieve at least a stable 100+ frames which before with my 3900x CPU was impossible to do.In the following steps, I will try to give you my exact same settings, in case you have any doubts or something seems to be missing or not matching in between the steps that I wrote feel free to ask or share any doubts or issues that you have so we can find a solution.
Here are my PC specs:
First of all, update your bios and chipset drivers!
Here is what we need to do in the bios.
Remember that disabling CCD if available in your CPU will results in turning off half of your cores in case like mine where I have 12 phisical cores that I don't really need for any games disabling CCD helps and gives more space for PBO to do the job. If you are running the Ryzen cpus with less physical cores it can also ramp up your EFT performance since it most likely doesn't utilize more than 2 cores but every other applications and games can be negatively impacted by reducing the number of the physical cores so these settings are focused mainly for playing EFT or other titles that don't require multi cores.
Other than this I run the game with full-screen optimization disable in the application properties and use the AMD Ryzen Hp power plan which should be available after installing the chipset drivers as mentioned above.
Here are my only changed Nvidia settings:
Here are my in-game settings for everyone to make sure it runs with exact same values:
