As per title, I got fed up with using the slider and it not landing on the number I wanted & as you can't enter in number values directly in-game either, I went looking for the text file where these values are stored.
C:Users(YOUR USERNAME)AppDataRoamingBattlestate GamesEscape from TarkovSettings and specifically the "Control.ini" file.
In there you will see:
"MouseSensitivity": 0.35,
"MouseAimingSensitivity": 0.32,
Change these values to whatever your liking.
ALSO!
You can add further numbers to those values, for example:
Going from
"MouseSensitivity": 0.35,
to
"MouseSensitivity": 0.355,
Does make a difference. I tested this by going into an offline Factory raid and finding a spot on a wall (using the same spot each time) and then doing a full horizontal swipe of my mouse on my mouse mat.
I did this with sensitivity values of: 0.35, 0.355 & 0.359 and each time my endpoint got a little further. Try it out for yourself and see.
This is great because it allows you to really dial-in your preferred sensitivity settings, rather than use the slider which seems to skip values & not be able to get as specific if you want to.
Since doing this, I have found a sensitivity im much more comfortable with which I couldnt previously get using the in-game settings. Hope this helps!
