If you install the akmp sight on an akmn, as well as a PSO optic, ctrl + ads with suddenly switch between your irons and your optic. It's situational at best, but if you need a budget "hybrid" option this is one.

Final findings :
You only need to use the AKMP rearsight, therefore this can work on the following AK rifles with any Russian rail optic with enough space to see the ironsights : AKMN, AKMSN, AK-100 series rifles, ak-74m, ak-74n, and aks-74n.
