Hello commanders.

TL DR: If you self destruct SRV while ship is dismissed, planetry vehicle hangar inactivates itself for some reason (at least thats what happened to me). After activating it again manually (didn't get activated automatically after restocking), I was able to deploy SRV again. But this only happens when I self-destruct while ship is dismissed. If I self destruct SRV while ship is still on planet, Plant Vehicle Hangar remains active.

Long story:

I have been farming Tellerium in HIP 36601 system and dont know how I did it but got stuck in between crystal spikes. Tried boosting moving in different directions which didn't work so I self-destruct and restocked SRV in nearest fleet carrier. After going back to planet I couldn't deploy SRV, the deploy button was grey.

I went back to check if I restocked or not. And yes it was restocked. Then after 10-20 mins of research on internet I couldn't found anything. Tried going back to main menu and play, restart the whole game, and even restarting steam. Then randomly checking modules, I noticed that Planetry Vehicle Hangar was inactivated (don't know how it happened). After Activating it I was able to deploy SRV again. So I self-destruck and restock for science purposes!

And yes, it inactivated Planetry Vehicle Hangar again. I self-destruct SRV many times before to get back to ship early but never happened. So only think came to my mind is that maybe it was due to ship being dissmissed. So I tried to self-destruct while ship was still on planet. And result is Planetry Vehicle Hangar is still active.
