this is just a psa for cmdrs as this may have slipped by alot of people but here goes. Archon delaine and the kumo crew have moved into the california nebula and are trying to take control. The nebula has a large thargoid presence with multiple barnacle sites. Kumo crew claim this is for defensive purposes but may be little more than a land grab while everyones eyes are on the thargoid war. Its important to note that the alliance in the area are mostly there for research into thargoids and have held a fragile peace there even now. (are they a seperate sect or "race" of thargoids there?) destabilizing the area may be detrimental to our current war efforts as it may open another front in an area that thargoids arent currently hostile. My personal opinion is that we shouldnt let the kumo crew gain a foothold in the area as they are pirates and will undoubtedly pillage the area of meta alloys, angering the thargoids in that area and opening up an entirely new front.
