Do you recall Kaidro?
It's been like a sci-fi universe for more than ten years, and for a while, I read their webcomics frequently, so the news that Kaidro will be released as a Web3 game on Immutable X was actually a welcome surprise.
Even though I don't play these games often, I've just played MagicCraft recently, so, I'll surely give this one a shot because I've been a fan of it for a while.
For those who are unfamiliar with Kaidro, it takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where a faction that uses mechs fights against strong magic users.
I did some research and discovered that the game combines player-versus-player, player-versus-environment, and more general questing elements, where three teams of three players each must complete different map-based objectives while fending off adversarial teams.
The PC version of Kaidro will debut first, followed by mobile. A playable character from a particular clan will be provided to the owner of each NFT. Players may choose to control a mech, a spirit guardian, or a pilot. Players will be able to obtain things unique to each NFT character, and each NFT will feature tales that are exclusive to that character.
Holders of Kaidro NFTs will also have access to cloning, which is practically unheard of on Web3. Does anyone have more information on this?
The launch date is another piece of information I'm interested in, but I haven't discovered it yet.
