Personally I was tired to look at youtube videos to look for systems where to farm materials so I compiled a list for quick access for myself. I hope it can be useful for you as well.

You need to this to find the systems you need and the re-log method for the Manufactured and Encoded…and if you go to Koli Discii for the raw materials.
Note: use a medium or small ship if you want to self destroy and save the trip back, but also because some locations are a pain to land with a big ship.
