You should see a message from the bot that you have turned on syncing. Now you have to wait for the next news article to post.

I know that this is not a new idea; Galnet Discord bots have been provided by the community in the past. But due to some backend changes on Frontier's part, all the bots and webhooks that posted Galnet News articles broke. My squadron couldn't find a working one, so I created one for us.
