With the new cave update, Mojang should add to Minecraft a new Hostile Mob, beside the Warden.
I don't think that I am the first that thinks at this mob, but I wanted to try :).

They can throw big stone boulders at you and will damage you 5 Full Hearts (with armor is the same).
What should Stone Golems drop?
Well, they should drop ores (diamonds, iron, gold, redstone….), stone and cobblestone. When the boulder is thrown at you it will brake in several ores, and stone (andesite, granite, diorite).
Can you tame it?
No, lol.
Where do they spawn?
In caves below y=30
