By far the most popular tech tree tank is finally getting nerfed in 1.13. Along with with overall arty nerf it is getting some extra treatment:

• Increased the dispersion of the 155 mm Howitzer M1 by 5%
• Increased the dispersion of the 155 mm Howitzer M45 by 6% 
• Changed the reload time of the 155 mm Howitzer M1 from 20.3 to 23 s
• Changed the reload time of the 155 mm Howitzer M45 from 19.9 to 22 s
• Changed the aiming time of the 155 mm Howitzer M1 from 4.6 to 5.2 s
• Changed the aiming time of the 155 mm Howitzer M45 from 4.9 to 5.4 s
• Changed the gun traverse speed from 10 to 9 deg/s

Tier 6 will be much more playable next Battle Pass season 🙂
