I have four "Salvage: From Wreckage" missions from Jameson, to loot items from Impact Site POIs in Shinrarta – AB 2 J, AB 2 H, AB 3 D, and AB 2 F A. All of these planets are highlighted in dark blue, indicating mission objectives. None of the planets actually have the mission POIs.

The POIs don't appear in the Nav Panel. They don't appear on the planet's surface as seen through the canopy. They don't appear after dropping into the atmosphere, or after getting out to walk around on foot and then getting back up into orbit. They don't appear after scanning with a DSS (I have run fresh scans on every planet, regardless of them having been previously scanned.) They don't appear after logging out to the main menu, and they don't appear even after a full exit from the launcher and Steam.

Edit: Impact Sites with the mission loot are spawning now, but randomly, not on the planets indicated in the missions.

I don't know if it's related or just poor luck and timing, but I can't find Impact Site POIs on any planet, in any system, even without regards to missions. I really needed those Manufacturing Instructions, too.
