The initial Patch 7.31 shipped with a few internal item changes that were not supposed to be shipped to the public.
The new items included the return of Diffusal Blade II and 3 other new items (all of them are Eaglesong upgrades).
These changes were already reverted by a follow-up update 1h afterwards, but I managed to document the internal items anyway.

Recipe: Gem of True Sight + Eaglesong
Stats: 35 Agility
True Sight (Passive): same passive as Gem
Everlasting (Passive): Item cannot be dropped once equipped (like Aegis). Item is disassembled on death and the Gem is dropped on the ground. (example video)
Predator’s Gaze (Active): Reveals a 300 area within 1500 range for 6 seconds. (works like Seer Stone active)
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Recipe: Javelin + Eaglesong
Stats: 40 Agility
Swift Strike (Passive): Every 4th outgoing attack deals 300 bonus magical(?) damage (has true strike).
Void Shift (Passive): Every 4th incoming attack causes you to become untargetable for 1 second. (works similar to Shadow Realm)
Evaded attacks do not count towards Void Shift’s incoming attack counter.
Fluff: This is the only new item that has the following (placeholder) lore: „Lore lore lorem ipsum.“
This might suggest that it was the closest one to actually being implemented, other than Diff Blade II of course.

Recipe: Basher + Eaglesong
Stats: 35 Agility, 15 Strength, 30 Attack Damage
Bash (Passive): identical to basher’s passive
Tenderise (Passive): Every attack on the enemy will reduce their total attack speed by 5%. Lasts 3 seconds.
Internal Name: Tenderizer
Unmentioned behaviour: The Tenderise debuff apparently fully stacks with itself and a new stack resets the debuff duration to the full 3 seconds for all stacks.
