PileBlocks: ready to on-chain free open source WEB3 P2E multiplayer game?

PileBlocks is a true 100% on-chain open source WEB3 multiplayer game where players come together to summon images from tiles (as in LEGO) and at the same time compete with each other for resources and win valuable and rare NFTs.

In-game view

This is an eco-strategy game governed by the community. What's so fun about this game?

Let me walk you through!

1. Spawn NFT

Firstly, the community gets a rare and valuable NFT. How do we do it? In some rare cases our partners or individual designers approach us because they want to entertain their community and create some noise around their collection. In the rest cases we impudently bombarding the projects bagging for sample items or just buy from the market.

This NFT becomes a prize in our monthly tournament. This can be quite valuable, for example, 600 – 1000 USDT.

2. Play NFT

We divide this trophy NFT into 32 x 32 tiles called territories. Usually one tournament has 100 territories, but there can be more or less depending on the community mood.

Players jump into each territory and put the tiles of corresponding colors on their positions. The more tiles you put, the more points you get.

When all tiles are in place, the game completes, and the winner becomes an owner of the given territory. A territory gives one of 4 types of minerals. Players can farm and trade these minerals.

3. Own NFT

After all territories are covered, the tournament map says the price of the locked NFT. The first player who has enough resources is eligible to exchange their minerals for the NFT.

Ok, as you see, this is as easy as that.

How to Profit

  1. Win a monthly prize, the NFT itself
  2. Trade minerals with other players. Use FUD. Sell like hell since nobody knows the price in advance.
  3. Trade in-game cards which modify player characters and features.

But how do we stand out from other WEB3 games? For this we have our own philosophy.

Philosophy

  1. Always on-chain. We consider that if you are a WEB3 game, you must be fully governed by smart contracts. The code must be the law. There should be no 2D or 3D render engine logic or backend logic between you and your users. Everything must be tracible. Don't trust, just verify all you want. In practice, this narrows down the choice of the blockchains that are suitable for this type of business logic because they should have a good throughput of transactions and cheap gas price. We use Everscale known to Asian communities.
  2. Always open source. It is not enough to be on-chain if you want to preserve the spirit of openness and transparency. Go one step further and share your code so that your community can help make it better. Embrace competition.
  3. Always WEB3. You are the ultimate owner of your in-game resources, there is no magic backend with the admin keys which stores all the data. You control when you cash-in or cash-out.

If you feel like we feel and would like to join our community, we would be very happy to see you onboard!
