Hello, its 2 in the morning so grammar will be decent at best so sorry about that. I made a quick video on how much better a SSD is than a HDD. If you don't want to watch the boring video (link at the bottom) I don't blame you I wouldn't ether. So I'll sum it up for you, keep in mind that this video only counts the time for when I click ready to when I get a countdown or load into the map. Also, you will not see the same results as me so don't yell at me and say that when you bought a SSD the load times didn't improve as much. I know that that is obvious I'm just making sure no one gets mad at me because I am trying to help people and its annoying. I talk a little more about how the SSD affected my performance below.
HDD
Woods Interchange Customs Shoreline Factory
Avg. 2:25 4:30 2:50 7:10 0:50
SSD
Woods Interchange Customs Shoreline Factory
Avg. 1:50 2:25 1:05 1:20 0:35
This is a small sample size so its not going to be supper accurate. With the SSD I was getting a lot more countdowns. In fact I got a countdown almost every time with the SSD. I'm unsure if this is true because I didn't test it but I felt that my PC was polling more frames then with the HDD. If you were to ask me if it was worth it to buy a SSD I would say most likely it would be. Hope this helps you make a choice on whether or not to buy a SSD
